The Gardner Edgerton High School Interact Club was officially created during the 2002-2003 school year. Initial organizational meetings were held near the end of the previous school year. The club is sponsored by a teacher at the high school. The sponsoring Rotary club is the Gardner Rotary Club. The club meets in the morning before school. Our Club sponsor of the Interact club is Gary Duggan, chairperson of our vocational service committee.
Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young people ages 14-18. The program gives young people an opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects while developing leadership skills and meeting new friends.
Through service activities, Interactors learn the importance of:
